that the State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 219(STA) "An Act exempting certain activities of                                                                 
ambulance, emergency, and fire department services from regulation                                                              
as insurance." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                                                            
Committee.
